Essential Functions:
- High volume of Inbound / Outbound calls
- Distribution of orders according to shipment date
- Resolving customer complaints/concerns in a timely manner
- Invoicing by route according to dispatch schedules
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in the produce industry is a plus
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)(preferred)
Shift Needed:
6:00pm - 12:00am
Sunday - Friday
Wednesday & Saturday Off
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
