You must have excellent verbal and written skills. You must also have problem-solving and analytical skills and be comfortable dealing with customer deadlines and demands.


Essential Functions:


  • High volume of Inbound / Outbound calls
  • Distribution of orders according to shipment date
  • Resolving customer complaints/concerns in a timely manner
  • Invoicing by route according to dispatch schedules

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience in the produce industry is a plus
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)(preferred)

Shift Needed:
6:00pm - 12:00am

Sunday - Friday

Wednesday & Saturday Off


Pay:
$18.00 per hour
