Job Summary:
Server Supervisor
As a Server Supervisor at our restaurant bar, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations.
You will oversee the front-of-house team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to servers to ensure the highest standards of service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Lead by example, motivating and inspiring the server team to deliver outstanding service. Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance team performance.

Shift Management:
Effectively manage server schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events. Delegate responsibilities and tasks efficiently to optimize workflow.
3.
Guest Satisfaction:
Monitor service levels closely, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure guest satisfaction. Foster a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to enhance the overall dining experience.
4.
Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation, ensuring all items meet company specifications. Conduct regular quality checks to uphold consistency and excellence in service delivery.
5.
Operational Efficiency:
Collaborate with the management team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and profitability.
6.
Communication:
Facilitate clear and open communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination and teamwork. Act as a liaison between servers, management, and other departments.
7.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Monitor alcohol service and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay:
$ $1,000.00 per week

- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift
