    Job Title: Field Service Director

    Company: Automotive Development Group



    Compensation:
    $105,000 to $120,000 Yearly

    This role involves leading and expanding Field Service operations across all branches to ensure profitability while upholding corporate values and enhancing customer experience.

    Seeking a candidate with proven field service leadership in multiple locations and a high call volume, including experience in managing Service Coordinators and Field Service Technicians companywide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain staffing levels for efficient service response times
    • Implement operational enhancements to achieve a 50% profit increase in Field Service
    • Create incentive programs for technicians and coordinators to boost productivity and quality
    • Establish a customer feedback framework and training schedule for service technicians
    • Set KPIs to monitor progress towards service goals
    • Oversee service department operations, P&L, and budgeting
    • Coordinate service dispatch and logistics
    • Ensure accurate customer billing and timely repair services
    • Manage fleet maintenance and training initiatives
    • Collaborate with Inventory Manager for inventory control
    • Enhance employee and customer relationships through effective communication
