Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of ipads, desktops, laptops, servers, and other technological equipment.
  • Coordinates additions, moves, upgrades (hardware and software) for facility users.
  • Administrative responsibilities of office equipment:
  • Printers
  • Computers equipment used in picking, sorting and management of warehouse inventory.
  • Recommends hardware / software and telecommunication equipment upgrades.
  • Monitor established network policies and procedures to ensure conformance with Information Technology and Company objectives.
  • Answer tickets submitted to the IT Helpdesk Center across the enterprise.
  • Working periodic nights, weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Information Technology role.
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
  • Must be a resultsoriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Utilize sound judgement and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in fastpaced, highvolume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Associates' degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Previous experience with SAP, Workday, Citrix, Mo Mobile Device Management platform, PowerShell, and Office 365 Administration

Physical Requirements:


  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

  • Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.
  • Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.

Salary and Benefit Statement:

_**Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.

- $ $37.00 per hour
