Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an entry level position, with mínimal experience required.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues
  • Document all support interactions and solutions in ticketing system
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses

Job Types:
