Your responsibilities:
You are responsible for the further development of "Intelligent Metering Operations" and the expansion of the service portfolio in metering
You ensure the fulfillment of tasks within the organizational unit through active, open, and positive leadership of your employees
You are responsible for the economic and professional use of resources and develop key figures for processes and further develop them
The responsibility for creating and implementing the business plan completes the job profile

Your profile:
You have completed a (business) engineering degree, ideally in electrical engineering
Leadership experience and industry knowledge would be an advantage. We also welcome applications from candidates who are looking to take the step into a leadership position after successful years in practice
You bring new ideas and question existing patterns. At the same time, you keep an eye on proven processes
You enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills
