    Description

    Final & Floor Inspection at BWX Technologies, Inc. in Euclid, OH

    WHAT WE HAVE FOR YOU:

    • Payrate: $33.85 per hour
    • Shift Premiums: Additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd/3rd shifts
    • Unionized facility with a 180-day probationary period

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Follow written procedures, blueprints, and operation sketches
    • Conduct first piece inspections to ensure manufacturing meets specifications
    • Inspect complex castings, forgings, and finished products for compliance
    • Perform accurate mathematical calculations for validation
    • Document nonconformances meticulously
    • Record necessary data accurately
    • Use a variety of inspection devices effectively
    • Achieve Alloy Identity Certification
    • Get certified for specific equipment operation as needed

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Willingness to work varied shifts including off hours
    • At least 2 years of quality inspection experience
    • Familiarity with blueprint reading and complex inspection tools
    • Proficiency in ANSI Y14.5, GD&T
    • Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records
    • Basic computer skills
    • Pass applicable examinations
    • Meet vision standards

    • CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
    • CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
    • CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)

    • Calipers and Micrometers
