    Job DescriptionTitle: Quality InspectorType: Full-time, temp to hireSalary: $22.50 / hourShift: 1st shift M-F (6am – 2:30 or 7am-3:30pm)OT: Available during week and on Saturdays but is not required Work Performed:Perform Receiving, 1st Piece and In-Process Inspections for work in process. Verify and document that materials are manufactured to customer-supplied blueprints. This position is responsible for maintaining acceptable quality levels during production. Job Requirements:
    • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
    • Measure and document part dimensions.
    • Maintain company quality systems.
    • Follow written and oral instructions.
    • Follow all company safety and operations policies.
    Qualifications:
    • Working knowledge of shop mathematics, trigonometry, and computers.
    • Proficiency with micrometers, digital and dial calipers, height gauges, gauge pins, protractors, hardness testers and optical comparators.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Motivation to learn and develop with the business.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment with an ISO9001 quality system preferred.
    Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching.
