This position is responsible for collecting, preparing, coordinate, and reviewing commercial loan documents.
In this role, you will:
- Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures for loan products
- Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans
- Process and close for loan products
- Interpret Loan Documentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow ups
- Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate nonroutine questions
- Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other Loan Documentation individuals
- Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team and functional area on routine process
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Small Business Operations experience
- Loan documentation and/or Loan Operations experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Financial services industry experience
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problemsolving techniques.
- Ability to achieve high production and quality standards.
- Ability to address and resolve complex customer issues.
- Exposure to Wells Fargo Small Business Lending Operations systems such as: CPS and ICMP
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to analyze applicable policies and procedures to ensure financial integrity of customers.
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule, Wednesday is the required in office day
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
