    We are located in the city of Bellevue Washington and serve individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders from birth to 21 years of age.


    Our team consists of a Psychologist, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, ABA Therapists, Assistive Technology specialists and more.

    Across the team, ICAN providers are dedicated to providing compassionate, neurodiversity affirming care.


    In our years of operation, we have provided services to over 2,200 families all while maintaining no waitlists for services to meet the need of our community.

    Position:
    The role you would play on our Multi-disciplinary Team

    Develop and administer treatment plans for children with neurodevelopmental challenges including autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other neurodiversities
    Collaborate care with the multi-disciplinary team (including speech therapy, physical therapy, psychology, and behavioral health)
    Help children with various disabilities increase independence in daily childhood occupations, using play-based activities
    Utilize sensory-based strategies to promote childhood skill development
    Modify the learning environment to suit patients' skill progressions
    Educate parents to support skill generalization within the home and community
    Recommend modifications or equipment to promote independence at home
    Assess and record patients' activities and progress for clinical documentation, progress reporting and discharge planning
