- Competitive salary of $16.25/hr. + tips with discretionary performance bonuses 2x a year

- Provide service within established policy, procedure and in accordance with event BEO.
- Present food and beverages to guests.
- Perform bartending duties as directed and/or assigned.
- Provide excellent guest service and promote positive guest relations.
- Meet deadlines as needed.
- Stock, store, and care for all banquet equipment.
- Assist in the washing and stocking glassware and utensils as needed.
- Clean banquet and storage areas as needed.
- Ensure banquet areas are clean and restocked.
- Smile and engage Guests and Team Members with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One (1) year restaurant/deli experience preferred.
- A valid WA State Health Card/Food Handler's Permit required.
- Alcohol Service Permit Class 12 required.
- Demonstrate efficient and healthy work habits.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill in mixology, beer, and wines, as well as alcohol safety awareness.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of P.O.S. systems.
- Demonstrate effective communication skill both written and verbal. Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts.
- Exhibit quick and efficient serving skills.
- Exhibit working knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to include determination of advantageous solutions, and resolutions.
- Work varied shifts to include, nights, overnights, and holidays as needed.
- Demonstrate ability to work efficiently under limited supervision.
- Willingness to complete all other duties as assigned.
- Availability - Ability to work different shifts, holidays, weekends, and nights to support a 24/7 operation.
- Physical - Ability to maneuver in all areas of the casino, ascent/descent from stairs, frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and/or prolonged periods focusing on tasks. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. May regularly need to lift/ move, push, or pull up material or boxes necessary to the job function, with or without assistance.
- Environment - Exposure to environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) while working and traversing on the gaming floor.

WE'RE DOUBLING DOWN ON YOUR FUTUREThe Banquet Server presents food and beverages to guests. Ensures all guest needs are met, including proper service. As directed and/or assigned, perform bartending duties which include but are not limited to mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and measurements. Responsible for the setup and tear down of equipment for meetings and food and beverage functions in the banquet and training rooms.
