- Part-time position available for mornings and/or afternoons
- Locations: Kingston City Schools, Rondout Valley, New Paltz, Ellenville, Highland, and Marlboro School Districts
- Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00
- Administer the day-to-day operations of the afterschool program
- Monitor student enrollment
- Engage children in activities as planned
- Assist counselors when necessary
- Ensure appropriate staff-to-child ratios
- Coordinate with school administration and community
- Evaluate program quality and make improvements when needed
- Promote teamwork and positive communication
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Educational background: Associates degree or 18 credits in childhood development, or equivalent experience
- Effective communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience working with children under 13 years old
- Capable of managing program responsibilities
