Description
We are currently seeking a new team member in Hamburg: an Inside Sales employee (m/f/d) in full-time.

Here's what you can expect from us:

  • You will independently research new customer acquisition and handle the preparation, organization, and follow-up of customer meetings, including maintaining the CRM tool.
  • In consultation with colleagues, you will handle pricing, calculation, and preparation of transport offers.
  • You will create quotes in English within our global agent network.
  • You will correspond with international customers.
  • You will support in negotiating freight rates with partners, shipping companies, agents, and our own offices both domestically and internationally.
  • You will be a valuable addition to our office and assist with all administrative tasks.

Here's what we expect from you:

  • You have excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • You have experience in sales and customer service.
  • You are proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and are able to work independently.
  • You are a team player and willing to take on various tasks.
