As a Quality Engineer (m/f/*) at our location in Portsmouth, you have the opportunity to use your knowledge effectively to drive our joint success. Your responsibilities will include:

Quality planning for products in various industries (including chemical, cosmetics, automotive, nuclear, armor, oil & gas)
Management of ongoing series and coordination of risk management
Handling and coordination of supplier and customer complaints, as well as initiating and tracking corrective and preventive actions
Support for development and change management projects
Support for production areas in all quality-related issues
Leading cross-functional projects to optimize quality-related processes

Your Skills and Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

Completed degree (e.g. in chemistry, materials engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification)
Extensive experience in quality planning and the application of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D)
Confident appearance and negotiation skills in German and English
Excellent knowledge and experience with project management tools (Six Sigma Black Belt or similar) and leading projects with cross-functional teams
