*Your responsibilities*In our production and logistics center, all customer-related assembly and logistics activities are combined under one roof. Through this well-coordinated storage, assembly and delivery, our GEMÜ products are always available at the right time, in the right quantity, in the right place, anywhere in the world. Bring your outstanding expertise as Head of Department (m/f/d) for assembly and valve production to our team and support us in further expanding our position in the market.

As part of this responsibility, you will be responsible for the following tasks and departments:

* *Technical, strategic, organizational and disciplinary management* of the main department for assembly and valve production: You are fully responsible for 8 assembly departments as well as production planning and continuous improvement with a total of approximately 160 employees.
* *Technologies, innovations and process changes:
  • You design and manage technology and process changes, driving company growth and efficiency.
* *Automation of assembly processes:
  • You develop and evaluate concepts for automating assembly processes
