As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team.


Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through a combination of neighborhood canvassing, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to accurately identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed roofing proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients, addressing their specific requirements and budgetary considerations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and installation crews, to ensure seamless execution of roofing projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a highvolume workload effectively.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

$100, $150,000.00 per year


Compensation package:

  • 1099 contract
  • Bonus opportunities
