To support our colleagues in our carpentry workshop, we are currently looking for a carpenter (m/f/d) or occupational therapist/educator/specialist for work and vocational training (m/f/d) with a recognized vocational training in the wood sector.

What you will do:
- Supervise a work group and ensure the pedagogical support of those being cared for
- Responsible management of work processes in coordination with the department management
- Planning and ensuring demandoriented work offers in cooperation with fixture construction and department management
- Participation in the conceptual development of the area
- Documentation (e.g. in VIVENDI, FEPA, Optimeals)
- Active participation in quality management/work safety
- Regular attendance at team meetings
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training and qualification in a recognized vocational training in the wood sector
- CNC knowledge desirable
- Several years of professional experience in pedagogical work with people with intellectual disabilities advantageous
- Flexibility, reliability, and structured work approach
