To support our colleagues in our carpentry workshop, we are currently looking for a carpenter (m/f/d) or occupational therapist/educator/specialist for work and vocational training (m/f/d) with a recognized vocational training in the wood sector.

What you will do:

Supervise a work group and ensure the pedagogical support of those being cared for
Responsible management of work processes in coordination with the department management
Planning and ensuring demandoriented work offers in cooperation with fixture construction and department management
Participation in the conceptual development of the area
Documentation (e.g. in VIVENDI, FEPA, Optimeals)
Active participation in quality management/work safety
Regular attendance at team meetings

What you bring:

Completed vocational training and qualification in a recognized vocational training in the wood sector
CNC knowledge desirable
Several years of professional experience in pedagogical work with people with intellectual disabilities advantageous
Flexibility, reliability, and structured work approach
