Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

Position: 80-100%
Group: VÖ/GT; Ages 3-6 years
Start date: Immediately
Contract: Permanent

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical activities and projects
  • Supporting and promoting children's development, taking into account their individual interests and circumstances
  • Communicating with parents, conducting parent-teacher conferences and meetings
  • Participating in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions
  • Contributing to the organization of events and celebrations
  • Implementing the Catholic profile of the institution

What we expect:

  • Completed training as an educator, social pedagogue, child care worker, or equivalent qualification according to §7 KiTaG
  • In-depth pedagogical knowledge and the ability to respond appropriately to the needs of children and their families
  • Reliability and ability to handle challenging situations
  • Identification with the tasks, goals, and values of the Catholic institution
