Responsibilities:

Conduct top-notch residential and commercial property inspections across our growing Southern California territories.

Master the use of various inspection tools including ladders, cameras, moisture meters, and laptops to deliver stellar reports.

Navigate a flexible schedule, managing 20-40 hours per week across diverse environments.

Exhibit stellar communication skills, delivering detailed reports and fostering client relationships.


Qualifications:
Strong foundational knowledge of home and commercial property systems.

Technical proficiency with computers and software such as Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical capability to handle inspection equipment, climb, and work in confined spaces.

Must own reliable transportation, a cell phone, and a laptop.

High emotional intelligence, a superb attitude, and adaptability in various work conditions.


What Sets You Apart:
A background in home inspection, although not mandatory, is highly regarded.

Certifications in professional inspection, a plus.


Compensation & Benefits:
Start at $35.00 per hour post-training with an expected annual salary ranging between $41,000 to $75,000.
