The Free Hanseatic City of Bremen is hiring apprentices (m/f/d) for the training profession of

IT Specialist (m/f/d)

You will complete your practical training at the University of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.

As an IT Specialist/System Integration, you will implement complex IT systems with software and hardware components. You will configure and administer networked client and server systems. Systematic planning, execution, and monitoring of projects are part of your tasks, as well as troubleshooting with the help of expert systems. Firewall technology and IT security will also be constant topics throughout your training.

IT Specialists/Application Development mainly work on the development of software and multimedia applications. At the same time, you will also focus on the development of newer programming options such as mobile programs (apps).

Requirements:

You can apply if you have at least a secondary school or high school diploma (or vocational qualification or intermediate school leaving certificate) or an equivalent level of education.
