As the Supervisor, you'll own the inspections, work with the customers, and coordinate the cleaning crews. You are the right-hand person to the Area Manager.Pay rate:
$20-21 per hour
Days & Times:
Mondays-Fridays (6am-2:30pm), some weekends required
Total of 40 hours each week:
Criminal History check, drug screen, and e-Verify required
Valid driver's license required. Motor Vehicle Report required
Responsibilities:
- Review assignments with Area Manager and maintain contact with Support team.
- Perform site inspections.
- Maintain and establish lines of communication with customers.
- Assist with scheduling cleaning teams.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year (we'd love more) of supervisory experience
- At least 1 year (we'd love more) of janitorial experience
- Must maintain a clear driving record.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug screen, and eVerify.
