Job Summary


Primary focus of the role will be to plan and execute end to end validation of processes, systems\tools, products and experience (Launch Readiness Test) in support of all new Comcast Business products and features.

Responsible for planning, execution and feedback gathering leading up to product and system deployments.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for planning of Launch Readiness Test (LRT) plans with Comcast resources responsible for daytoday operations and user experience for Comcast Business products.
  • Execute test plans for purpose of validating endtoend processes including strategic systems, product provisioning and customer experience.
  • Participate in crossfunctional meetings and lend expertise during product, process and user story creation.
  • Support documentation, analysis and resolution of key issues on system issues/enhancements, end to end business processes and user\customer experience.
  • Responsible for delivering LRT status updates to crossfunctional teams and executive leadership.
  • Responsible for the oversight of LRT projects life cycle including time management, communication, and project conflicts.

Core Responsibilities- Collaborates with Product and Development teams to identify product and technical requirements.

  • Reviews and verifies requirements and design specifications for validity in overall product design, with an emphasis towards product testability and verification.
  • Assists in identifying viable test strategies in order to support testing product functionality.
  • Works with other Quality Assurance Engineers or Software Engineers to identify, reproduce and document bugs or defects.
  • Communication and stakeholder alignment of end of testing results.
  • Supports trials of new product designs/services.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Requirements:


  • Prior experience with Comcast Business systems and products preferred
  • Prior system testing experience a plus
  • Requirements, Process and Design documentation a plus
  • Experience working with technical delivery teams and in development type environment is a plus
  • Experience with collaborating with large cross functional teams
  • Executive level written and verbal skills a must
  • Experience with resource training in corporate environment on more technical functions or systems is a plus
