Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Corrections. MUST be a licensed LCSW in the state of ARIZONA
. Must have at least one
(1) year experience providing mental health services in an institutional setting
. Great Travel Stipend is available.**Days or nights: Days

Shift: 4 /10-hour days


Pay Per Hour:
$ $73.05


Responsibilities:


  • Meet with patients to determine the exact nature of their mental health concerns
  • Provide targeting counseling designed to help the individual overcome their problems
  • Remain knowledgeable of the latest methodologies in counseling to provide patients with the best possible care
  • Refer patients to other mental healthcare providers as necessary
  • Remain warm and engaged through the duration of every patient's counseling session

Requirements:


  • The requirements are
    :At least one year (12 months) of experience as a LCSW:
  • A valid and current license issued within the US
  • Valid and current CPR

Corrections is a plus but not a must - training provided
:


  • Must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
