Description

Residential Janitorial

Monday - Friday 8am to 5:00 pm ( end of day hours daily are flexible based on work load )

$16 per hour

MUST have reliable transportation

MUST have a valid Drivers License

Skills and Requirements

  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to stand and or walk for long periods of time
  • Self motivated team player, that also works well by themselves
  • Completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Sanitizing High Traffic Areas
  • Dusting, high and low
  • Mopping floors (Dry and/or Wet Mop)
  • Empty Trash Receptacles and Dispose to designated location
  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, mirrors, sinks, walls)
  • Any other duties on work order as assigned job responsibilities may vary with each client's need

Pay:
$16.00 per hour
