Advertising Coordinator, Property Marketing - Highland, United States - Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel

Reporting to the Property Marketing supervisor, the Advertising Coordinator will assist with communications processes to ensure execution of Property Marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Processes requests for creative projects and follow up on the requests through completion.
- Ensures accuracy of information by proofreading creative content and placement across channels.
- Assists marketing and advertising initiatives by coordinating deliveries, preparing collateral for installation and delivering collateral to appropriate departments/locations.
- Collaborates with Marketing Shared Services team members and project stakeholders. Communicates necessary information as it pertains to future projects and tracks the progress of project deliverables.
- Initiates and performs research and follow up involving a wide variety of administrative and organizational tasks. Responsible for creation and maintenance of property events calendar.
- Creates and prepares correspondence including memorandums, agendas, letters, forms, purchase orders, invoices, spreadsheets, presentations and reports. Also prepares management reports and presentations including all supporting charts, spreadsheets, etc.
- Coordinates day-to-day activities, manages schedule conflicts and challenges; provides daily itineraries.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated creative thinking, critical reasoning, and problemsolving abilities while working on multiple projects is essential.
- Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills.
- Must have the ability to drive toward results in a fastpaced, multitasking environment.
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations
- At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
