Aesthetic Concierge Summary/Objective
River Oaks MedSpa is hiring for a Front Desk Concierge

We are a highly accredited Medical Spa located in the heart of the River Oaks District.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, and outgoing professional to add to our team We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

This role requires consistent interaction with both clients and staff.


Responsibilities

  • Complete opening and closing Spa tasks without supporting staff.
  • Greet, and checkin clients for their appointments.
  • Schedule, modify, and reschedule appointments via Mindbody software.
  • Contact clients via phone, Gmail, and Mindbody Messenger.
  • Complete weekly inventory and supply counts.
  • Maintain individual monthly sales goals.
  • Ensure that cash drawer and deposits are handled correctly.
  • Stay up to date with the latest promotions and discounts.
  • Maintain a clean, and organized work environment.
  • Create and file patient charts daily.
  • Communicate client information, and feedback to management.
  • Complete tasks assigned by management.
  • Quickly respond to client inquiries.
  • Relay monthly promotions to clients.

Anticipated Demands

  • Light cleaning duties throughout the office.
  • Flexible with occasionally staying outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • Comfortable with working alone.
  • Capable of adapting to a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexible with monthly schedule changes.
  • Comfortable with all forms of clientele.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Plastics, Dermatology, Medical Spas, or Aesthetics is preferred. Experience in Mindbody, or booking software is preferred. Experience with front desk, high-end sales, or customer service is REQUIRED.

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 23 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Rotating shift
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Customer Service: 2 years (required)

  • Receptionist: 2 years (required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (required)
