Currently, we have an immediate opening for a
Service Technician who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of energy systems and equipment including HVAC and electrical.

This person will also perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance and efficiency of energy systems for residential and commercial clients in Ridgefield, Danbury, and New Milford area.

$50 payout each on-call shift regardless of calls; if called into the field, will receive time and a half


Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, some overtime as needed


Required Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certification or licensure in HVAC, electrical, or a related field
  • Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and electrical systems
  • Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:


  • S2 or B2 License, Associate degree, vocational training in HVAC, electrical technology, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in refrigeration, controls, or renewable energy systems
  • Prior experience in energy efficiency upgrades or retrofit projects
  • Knowledge of building automation systems and controls
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in the energy industry
  • Willingness to pursue continuing education and training opportunities
  • Experience with software tools for scheduling and inventory management
