Main purpose of the Inventory Lead position:

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Audit and maintain accuracy to aid in fulfillment
Aid in stocking new inventory as well as sending replenishments to Cerritos HQ
Ability to train new employees on inner workings of inventory and it's movement

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Ability to work in a team environment and give honest and direct feedback
Ability to work in the intensity of a highvolume inventory/processing system and upholding the highest accuracy standards
Creative aptitude and vision to recognize, understand, and respond to the needs of order processing in an ecommerce fulfillment environment.
Flexibility in regards to schedule

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years in ecommerce fulfillment or inventory management
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to communicate properly both in person and electronically

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish and English)
1+ years team leadership experience
Working knowledge of WMS
Experience in MySQL

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role.

This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr per year.
