    We're a national employment law firm with over 25 offices and more than 450 attorneys. Our attorneys practice before state and federal courts and administrative agencies across the US and we are looking for an experienced Litigation Associate with 4+ years experience litigating wage and hour class and/or collective action claims to join our team

    We are seeking a Permanent Litigation Associate OR Of Counsel with a strong focus on Wage & Hour disputes to join our dynamic Wage and Hour Litigation team.

    This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney with a passion for wage and hour litigation, and a desire to provide exceptional legal counsel to our diverse clientele.

    The successful candidate will be a key player in our firm, handling complex wage and hour disputes, and ensuring that our clients receive the best legal representation possible.

    As a Permanent Litigation Associate (Wage & Hour), your main responsibilities will include:
    Representing clients in wage and hour disputes, including class and collective action claims.
    Developing and executing litigation strategies in collaboration with other team members.
    Providing clients with regular updates on case progress and advising them on potential legal risks and strategies.
    Maintaining current knowledge of changes in wage and hour laws and regulations.
    The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Associate (Wage & Hour) position should possess the following qualifications:
    A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in wage and hour litigation, including experience with class and collective action claims.
