Property Maintenance Manager Ad

10 acre horse farm in Amagansett, NY looking for a full time property maintenance manager. $25-$35/hr depending on experience.

  • Key responsibilities will include:
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Conducting inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Performing repairs and improvements, both scheduled and unscheduled.
  • Operating and maintaining a variety of equipment and tools including the tractor, mower and other miscellaneous machinery.
  • Performing general property upkeep and landscaping
  • Needs to be available for on site emergencies
  • Performing a variety of beautification projects under the direction of property owners.

Familiar skills required:

  • English speaking
  • Carpentry irrigation water systems general large facility maintenance welding experience a plus.

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $35.00/hour.
