**Job Description-Front Desk Admin & Medical Assistant

• English & Spanish Speaking *
• This position is
  very patient experienceoriented and requires that the individual possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in order to communicate pleasantly with patients. You must be confident and comfortable taking vitals, and urine specimens, and assisting the Doctors while they perform injections to treat patients.

THE MEDICAL PRACTICE SUPPORTS MULTIPLE DOCTORS, SO WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR TEAM PLAYERS TO APPLY.

Basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to:_
- **Location is 888 Park Ave on the UES Mon & Thurs in NYC

• Tues
• Wed
• Fri in Scarsdale**_

Interacting with patients (must be very polished with great communication skills)

Assist with patient check in, exams, office procedures, including set-up, clean-up and patient prep

Assist the Dr. during injections

Collect urine samples as well as vitals from the patients

Prepare and disinfect exam room for each patient's visit.

Ensure adequate supplies and appropriate instruments are available. Control inventory and order medical supplies.

Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained per practice protocol

$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
