Are you the compass for the help landscape? Then put it to use at F&W SOCIAL WORKERS for transitional housing for homeless people (full-time/part-time) Fördern & Wohnen (F&W) provides a roof over the heads of homeless people and helps them get back on their feet.

Refugees also find temporary shelter here. For people who have a particularly difficult time in the housing market, F&W creates apartments. People with disabilities or mental illness live at F&W and experience participation. F&W Fördern & Wohnen AöR is a subsidiary of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. With around 2,000 employees, it is there for people at over 200 locations.

In Hamburg-Niendorf, F&W will temporarily accommodate homeless people in the newly created transitional housing with the goal of finding suitable offers as quickly as possible.

The individuals housed there will have access to a variety of services and support to help them improve their situation.
