- Become knowledgeable in all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for all food and beverage outlets within the Resort.
- Assist F&B team in marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns, etc. Work in concert with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure back-of-the-house needs are being met.
- Attend BEO & resume meetings, update BEOs, revisions, coordinate with Banquet & Catering
- Produce daily reports such as: Labor, Purchase Orders, Cost/Transfer Sheets, and Invoices in accordance with resort policies.
- Provide manager reminders and paperwork processing such as: scheduling / payroll / Human Resource forms / Appointments / Messages / Spreadsheets, etc.
- Assist in answering telephone calls from in-house guests and associates and guest/customer calls coming in from outside of the Resort.
- Assist with placing office supply orders for the entire Food & Beverage team.
Previous Experience Preferred: Two years' experience in restaurant, bar, banquet kitchen, hotel, or resort environment helpful.Software: Computer skills such as MS Word, MS Excel are needed.

- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment that is constantly changing based on occupancy and group business.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and work well with fellow employees and maintain a presentable appearance, behavior and manner at all times. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
