- You'll become an expert in our policies, procedures, guidelines and training programs for all food and beverage outlets throughout the resort.
- Work in harmony with our executive chef and the kitchen team to ensure back-of-house needs are met.
- Take part in our promotional campaigns; help us in marketing and advertising our F&B outlets.
- Attend meetings, update details, coordinate with Banquet & Catering - you'll be in the thick of the action
- Manage daily reports, such as labor trends, purchase orders, cost/transfer sheets, and invoices.
- Assist in answering calls from our guests and colleagues and ensure everyone's needs are met.
What We're Looking For
We prefer candidates with at least two years of experience in a restaurant, bar, banquet kitchen, hotel or resort environment, though if you're fresh and eager, we'd still love to meet you. Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Word, MS Excel is a must. You should be able to communicate, read and write English effectively, and have the ability to make independent decisions while maintaining the highest ethical standards.Who You Are

Your Role
As the Food & Beverage Coordinator, your main task will be to assist our management team with an array of tasks and administrative duties. From managing paperwork and forms, to inputting schedules to ensuring all tasks are completed in an organized and timely fashion, you'll be an integral part of our resort's F&B mission.
