For our AWO youth group home in Lehrte with locations at Ahltener Straße 10/Westende 2, 31275 Lehrte, we are looking for a:

Educator, Special Needs Educator, Special Needs Caregiver or equivalent qualification (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Pedagogical design of daily life with and for the adolescent residents
Promotion of individual and social development
Conceptualization, implementation and followup of group and leisure activities
Work with parents/families and documentation
Independent and responsible work based on the concept and mission of AWO

Working hours:
between hours per week possible

Requirements:

Completed training in the abovementioned fields
Professional competence in working with young people and their parents
Intercultural competence/good communication skills
Willingness and enjoyment to work in a friendly team
Ideally, professional experience in residential youth services
Good organizational and planning skills
Basic computer skills (office software)
Flexibility and mobility
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
