About us

In the Technical Service department, approximately 400 employees provide building-related craft and technical services in the areas of control and quality, construction technology, building technology, plant and component technology, and infrastructure for the entire company.

The Plant and Component Technology department is responsible for the controlling and operational mechanical maintenance management.

The Crane and Hoist team operates, among other things, on the comprehensive divisional focuses of cross-location maintenance and repair activities for crane systems, winches, lifting and pulling devices, aerial work platforms, fall protection systems including PSAgA, lifting and load handling equipment, as well as ladders and steps.


Our team is based at our location in the Heizkraftwerk Nord in Unterföhring, where we work together to shape and continuously improve our service offerings.

You will carry out cross-location and comprehensive maintenance and repair activities in the areas of crane systems, winches, lifting and pulling devices, aerial work platforms, fall protection systems including PSAgA, lifting and load handling equipment, as well as ladders and steps.


You will be the contact person and technical advisor for the team management and plant management for safety, cost planning, and in-house/outsourced services.

You will also be responsible for commissioning, controlling, monitoring, evaluating, and conducting safety training.

You will handle orders and the procurement process using BSF and SAP. You have completed training as a mechatronics technician or have a comparable qualification. You are a certified/
