On behalf of a privately owned and medium-sized nursing company, we are looking for an Interim Facility Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Employeeoriented leadership and deployment planning
- Ensuring qualified care, support and care for residents together with the PDL
- Marketing and management
- Appreciative leadership as well as motivation and retention of employees
- Ensuring compliance with nursing and quality standards
- Representation and representation internally and externally
Your qualifications:
- Preferably a degree in business administration, health economics or nursing management, as well as a staterecognized training as a specialist in health and social services
- Qualification as a home manager according to HeimPersV with corresponding recognition
- Many years of professional experience as a facility manager
- Sales and service orientation, communication skills and a confident and wellgroomed appearance
- High understanding of business management
- Good knowledge of common IT systems
- Flexibility for nationwide assignments
