Responsibilities Overview:

Design and enhance manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality
Collaborate with product development experts to establish efficient manufacturing systems for new products
Implement cost-effective and reliable production procedures, providing necessary data for smooth transitions from R&D to production
Develop standardized work guides and training resources for optimal manufacturing practices
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain process equipment
Apply lean principles to enhance efficiency and eliminate inefficiencies
Focus on enhancing customer value through process enhancements
Conduct process evaluations, root cause analyses, and necessary testing activities
