Job Description:
Immediate Start - Location: 84048 Mainburg (DE), New Munster, WI

Your Responsibilities:

  • Import and export customs clearance, as well as the creation of all (customs) documents
  • Shipping processing of our worldwide transports in the land, air, and sea freight sector
  • Compliance with export control regulations and verification of master data against sanction lists
  • Request, recording, and maintenance of supplier declarations/preference certificates
  • Creation of statistics and reports
  • Continuous optimization of work processes and participation in new projects in the customs/shipping area

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training, preferably in the field of forwarding or foreign trade
  • First experience in customs import/export/preference desired
  • Uptodate knowledge in the field of customs and sales tax
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Good English skills in spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
  • Proficient in PC, MS Office, and customs software (Format or similar)
