    Responsibilities:
    Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing activities.
    Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    Provide guidance and support to sales representatives on maintaining brand standards in their communications with clients and prospects.
    Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
    Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
