    Description
    Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo and Figma) - Work-From-Home - Indefinite Term

    Become a part of a reputable Australian company that specializes in eCommerce growth marketing and advertising.

    As this is Work from Home, your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.

    You must have your own equipment (laptop/desktop, headset, etc)
    8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday, you will not be required to work Vietnam holidays.
    An indefinite-term contract that includes all the government benefits
    12 days annual leave per year
    Paid Public Holidays

    About the Role

    Collaborating with an AU-based Manager and a Filipino email marketer, you will work with a variety of firms seeking to change traditional branding and marketing norms by creating unique, original, and memorable solutions.

    Your responsibility will be to manage successful campaigns that achieve desired outcomes. Through regular evaluation of email performance metrics, you will refine campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
    Key Responsibilities

    Proficient in leveraging various email marketing platforms and tools to implement successful campaigns and attain desired results.
    Regularly assess email performance metrics, and refine campaigns to boost engagement and conversion rates.

    Possess quality assurance (QA) abilities to meticulously review email campaigns, address errors proactively, and maintain quality standards across team projects.

    Comprehend the significance of email marketing within the e-commerce landscape, including its influence on sales, customer retention, and brand allegiance.

    Knowledgeable about e-commerce systems like Shopify, facilitating seamless integration of email marketing endeavors with online sales channels and processes

    Experience & Software

    Extensive understanding of global email and SMS regulations, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.
    Hands-on experience in Klaviyo and Figma.
    Proficiency in handling concurrent projects effectively.
    Comprehensive grasp of HTML and web design concepts.
    Capability to analyze and interpret data proficiently.
    Competence in collaborating with the team to devise optimal strategies for clients.
    Required to be highly fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
