Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team.
You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of banking equipment on the road at customer locations.
This equipment includes but is not limited to, coin counting equipment, currency counters and currency recyclers. The territory for this position will be Eastern Massachusetts. A company car, tools and uniforms are provided.This is an opportunity for detail-oriented individuals able to work independently within a fast paced environment.
Must have ability to troubleshoot/diagnose problems in the field, reference technical manuals, and accurately communicate with in-house staff when needed.
Experience on banking equipment is helpful. Specific product training will be provided. Computer literacy is helpful, clean driving record is a necessity.Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to avoid downtime
- Analyze equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
Skills:
- Experience in field service maintenance is helpful
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to analyze problems effectively
- Familiarity with low voltage systems
- Computer Literacy for basic software installation and ability to navigate Windows.
