Description
Business Systems Analyst, Lead. Corewell Health, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Performs business analysis, working with users to define their needs, document requirements, and translate requirements into system specifications; Devises or modifies procedures to solve Human Resources information system problems, considering software application capacity and resource availability; Defines medium-to-large system scopes and objectives for developing new, or improving existing, HR information systems.
Requires Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer science or related, plus 60 months of experience as an HRIS Analyst or related.
Above experience must include three years of HRIS techno-functional experience in Workday or Peoplesoft, including:
Configuring HRIS modules;
Leading HR systems integrations, upgrades, and data migrations;
Managing system security and integrity; and
Utilizing SQL for reports, XML, XSLT for ETL and integrations.
