We are seeking a store manager that can confidently handle the following task:
- Coach, Train & Retain Team Members
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all team members
- Report areas of opportunities to upper management for continuous operational improvements
- Oversee daily store operations, supervise employees and manage inventory
- Maintain safety and security of the store, properly documenting any incidents that occur
- Demonstrate leadership and promote a teamwork oriented environment setting high standards and modeling behavior for optimum guest service
- Work with sales manager and upper management to ensure revenue and profitability goals are achieved
Qualifications:
- 25 years of store management or relevant experience preferred
- Growth mindset person
- Coachable and accountable
Pay:
$65, $100,000.00 per year
