We are seeking a highly motivated
Production Coordinator to join our client's team

Responsibilities:

Support the Global Broadcast team in daily operations, including managing production calendars and preparing meeting and presentation materials.
Coordinate with key partners throughout the production process to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
Assist Line Producers and Production Supervisors in preproduction meetings, including building decks and coordinating bidding and production specification documents.
Liaise with talent casting agencies/agents, attend callbacks, and fittings to gather necessary information for business affairs purposes.
Assemble presentation materials at various stages of project development.
Review video spec sheets and ensure final assets are matched with delivery destinations for quality control.
Analyze creative brief documents to provide estimates for editorial, motion graphics, color, and sound mix.
Compile comprehensive project completion reports and maintain records of talent usage, postproduction vendors, and music legal rights.
Collaborate with various local talent and vendors to facilitate smooth production processes.

Qualifications:

Experience level: Entry Level
Minimum 2 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
Previous experience in production coordination or related roles within the entertainment industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Familiarity with the brand and an understanding of the social media landscape preferred.
