We are seeking a highly motivated
Production Coordinator to join our client's team


Responsibilities:


  • Support the Global Broadcast team in daily operations, including managing production calendars and preparing meeting and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with key partners throughout the production process to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Assist Line Producers and Production Supervisors in preproduction meetings, including building decks and coordinating bidding and production specification documents.
  • Liaise with talent casting agencies/agents, attend callbacks, and fittings to gather necessary information for business affairs purposes.
  • Assemble presentation materials at various stages of project development.
  • Review video spec sheets and ensure final assets are matched with delivery destinations for quality control.
  • Analyze creative brief documents to provide estimates for editorial, motion graphics, color, and sound mix.
  • Compile comprehensive project completion reports and maintain records of talent usage, postproduction vendors, and music legal rights.
  • Collaborate with various local talent and vendors to facilitate smooth production processes.

Qualifications:


  • Experience level: Entry Level
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Previous experience in production coordination or related roles within the entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with the brand and an understanding of the social media landscape preferred.
