As a qualified specialist retailer focused on kindergarten hygiene, we supply childcare facilities with hygiene products, bandages, and cleaning agents, following the guidelines of the Infection Protection Act (IfSG) and recommendations from the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the Association for Applied Hygiene (VAH), and the HACCP concept (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).


Responsibilities:

  • Providing telephone advice to customers
  • Processing orders
  • Handling telephone complaints
  • Active customer support
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Scheduling appointments for our nationwide field staff

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Friendly demeanor in all situations
  • Experience with outbound calls
  • Ideally, knowledge of hygiene regulations and/or infection protection
  • Willingness to learn about products (support provided by us)
  • Enjoyment of interacting with people
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
