Role and Responsibilities ***Eligible for Rapid Pay Increases***

The primary role will be functioning as an exterior expert performing project supervision, client relations, and some repair and improvement services. Roles include the following:

Interact with the clients and General Contractors.
Interact with roofing, siding, and other production crews.
Supervise subcontracting crews to ensure project specifications are met.
Work closely with office teams to ensure project outcomes.
Problem-solve any job site issues.
Schedule appointments and track work progress using company software.
Ensure quality and successful customer experience.
Daily travel from job site to job site, mainly within a 100-mile radius.

DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Carpentry Skills.
Roofing repair- asphalt, cedar, metal, etc.
Leak investigation and repairs
Siding repair- vinyl, LP, Hardy, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

3+ years' experience in residential / multi-family construction.
Strong technical understanding of building construction.
Attention to detail; organizational skills; and time management skills are required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must work well both independently and as a team.
Self-starter with proven ability to exceed goals.
Willingness to learn additional skills as required.
Must have a VALID Driver's License.
Some computer knowledge/experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to drive to and from several locations during the day.
This person must be able to carry and climb ladders and have the ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
