- Set up thermoforming and CNC machines and troubleshoot mechanical problems
- Read and interpret work instructions, and any other related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations necessary to meet dimensional specifications
- Utilize standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and measuring devices
- Inspect material to ensure quality specs are met
- Complete all necessary paperwork to document setup information
- Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures
- Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge and experience using various hand tools and power tools.
- 5+ years of thermoforming or CNC experience
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Basic skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic are necessary
- Basic computer understanding
- Knowledge of machinery
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Works well under pressure and possess a sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
