As Frontera continues its expansion, we are seeking a Lead BCBA who will play a crucial role in delivering ABA services to patients and families, while also overseeing the operational aspects and growth of our clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment, plan development, and service delivery
- Case management, supervision, and caseload development
- Parent training and annual performance reviews
- Quality assurance and overseeing team operations
- Expansion of services to new regions and establishing partnerships
- Collaborating with the product team to implement new technologies
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in behavior analysis or related field
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Strong community outreach and partnership-building skills
- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorder
General Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and database management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships
- Strong organizational and coaching abilities
- Flexible schedule and independent work capability
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment with diverse communities
Essential Clinical Duties:
- Compliance with regulations and company policies
- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Supervising staff and consulting on client concerns
- Implementing treatment strategies and setting goals
