The Office of the Dean of Studies at the Faculty of Medicine Bonn is currently seeking to fill the following position in full-time (38.5 hours/week):

Administrative Assistant for Teaching Materials Distribution & Evaluation (m/f/d)

This position is permanent.

The Office of the Dean of Studies at the Faculty of Medicine is the central coordination office for teachers and students and is responsible for the organization and development of the medical curriculum.

In the Central Services department, we are looking for an administrative assistant for performance-based budget allocation (LOMV) and teaching evaluation at the Faculty of Medicine. You will ensure the accurate recording of the performance of individual clinics and institutes in the areas of teaching and examinations, as well as regularly evaluating teaching events. In addition, you will contribute to the conceptual development of a reporting system
